The first time I met Sir Joe it was as if we had known each other for long. He openly displayed a sense of humor and the willingness to know and how he could fit in to help. He was kind, full of love and compassion.

Indeed, he was a selfless man genuinely interested to strike a conversation spiced up with smiles and laughter. You are gone but your good works speak for you. Rest in the bosom of the Lord my brother.
